Hey Jaimee Maree here from and today I want to quickly talk to you about one of the biggest things that hold fitness professionals back from being really successful.

We’re going to take a look at what’s stopping you from getting more clients, more money and more freedom to do the things that you love doing.

What is really comes down to, is your ability to take action. It seems like a pretty basic and obvious concept. But, sometimes the obvious is frequently overlooked, so stick with me.

Now, you didn’t get to where you are today without taking some sort of action. The things you’ve done up until today have defined where you are right now. So it makes sense that if you have a vision and dreams of where you want to be in the future, then you’ll need to take action to get there.

The problem most people face is, even though they may have the knowledge they need to do something, they don’t take the right steps needed to turn that knowledge into action. And it’s not just any action, because you can end up doing a lot of the wrong things and still never get results. You have to make sure you’re taking the right action.

So why is it, that people can spend hours, weeks, months and even years learning and gaining knowledge, yet fail to put it into action. I believe it all comes down to your belief system and your mindset. Your mindset is what drives your behaviour and ultimately your results. If you can change your beliefs and what’s up here, you will change your behaviour and inevitably it will change your results.

So what is it, that generally holds people back. I think the biggest factor that keeps someone from believing in themselves and taking action, is fear.

Whether it’s a fear of rejection, a fear of failure or a fear of what others might think. No matter what you do in life, you’ll have fear and you’ll have doubts. It’s how you handle them that makes the biggest difference.

When growing a fitness business people often feel insecure about what they have to offer. We see all these incredible people out there doing extraordinary things in the fitness industry and sometimes you might think these people have more knowledge and more experience than you, so doubt starts to creep in about what you have to offer.

You might feel like, everything they do comes across so professional and perfect, they’re in the media and have a huge following, so you feel like you can’t compete with what they’re offering or you can’t play at that level. Now, no matter what level you want to play at, what I’m here to tell you is that the people who have done it before you are no different to you. They started from scratch, they have their imperfections, they have their doubts.

The difference between where they were in the beginning and where they are right now, all comes down to the fact that they took the right action, they persisted, they turned fear into courage and after enough trial and error they got to where they are right now.

If you want to become hugely successful in your fitness business, you must start at the beginning. Most beginnings are small, and a lot of the things you do might seem trivial and insignificant, but in reality they are extremely important. Sometimes there will be weeks and months where you might feel like you’re going backwards, and that’s okay, Just remember, if you’re willing to take the right action, and work harder and smarter than anyone else, then you will succeed where others fail.

Think about your goals and where you’re at right now, and be honest to yourself about whether you’re taking the right action towards those goals. Are you hungry to learn, are you taking the right steps you need to take and do you have the courage to keep moving forward despite being afraid to do something. Remember, that a business will never outgrow it’s owner, so demand more from yourself, if you need help, then seek it. If you don’t know where to start with something, then find yourself a mentor, find yourself a coach, join our team at let us help you at the fitness entourage if that’s what you need. Whatever it is that you need to move yourself forward and take the right action, then be relentless and make it happen.

Always remember that in today’s world big doesn’t beat small anymore but fast beats slow. You can lose money and make it back, but if you lose time, you’ll never get it back. So, take action, back yourself and never give up.
